The Mandel Center for Leadership Excellence at the Jewish Federations of North America runs an annual salary survey. ReST designed and implements the survey. Human resource directors from each Federation login to the survey to submit data and access on-line reports. The reports enable users to review their own data in comparison to Federations of different sizes and vis-a-vis cost of living indices for different parts of the country.
